A Closer Look at this Previously Featured Amish Recipe

Peach Cream Pie

1 tablespoon gelatin

1/4 cup cold water

3 cups fresh peaches

3/4 cup sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup cream, whipped

1 baked pie shell

Heat gelatin and water over hot water to dissolve gelatin.  Slice peaches. Add sugar to peaches and let stand 10 minutes.  Add dissolved gelatin and salt to peaches  Fold in whipped cream.  Pour into baked pie shell.  Chill for 2 hours or more.
