A Closer Look at this Previously Featured Amish Recipe

Pea Salad

1/2 head shredded lettuce

1 pound bacon, crisply fried

2 packages frozen peas, thawed

6 hard boiled eggs, chopped

1/2 medium onion, minced

1 pint salad dressing

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Mix peas, bacon pieces, eggs, onion and salad dressing.  Spread on top of lettuce and sprinkle with cheese.  Serve chilled.
