A Closer Look at this Previously Featured Amish Recipe
1 1/4 cups sliced peaches, fresh or canned
1 1/4 cup sugar, (half brown and half white)
2 rounded tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1 unbaked pie crust
Place sliced peaches in unbaked pie crust Mix other ingredients in order given. Pour over peaches. Bake for 10 minutes at 400o and then reduce temperature to 350o. Bake until juice looks like syrup.
