A Closer Look at this Previously Featured Amish Recipe
24 marchmallows, cut up
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained and cut in half (save juice)
Mix above and set in cool place. Make following sauce:
2 tablespooons flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
pineapple juice
1 cup whipped cream
Cook first four ingredients in double boiler until thick. When cool, add whipped cream. Mix with fruit mixture and serve.
